Booking & Cancellation Terms
These are the booking and cancellation terms already shown on each of our tour and boat pages, gathered in one place.
Land tours: Swim & Explore Tortola Tour, and Secret Beaches & Private Snorkel Tour
Booking: Reserve with a $100 deposit.
Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your tour. Your $100 deposit is refunded in full if you cancel in time. If the weather turns, we will gladly rebook you at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.
Swim & Explore Tortola Tour, 2 SUV (5–8 guests)
Booking: This tour is paid in full online when you book.
Cancellation: If for some reason you need to cancel, you will be charged the following cost:

7 days + in advance of your reservation: Full Refund No Cost

3 - 7 days in advance: 50% of the cost of the reservation

Less than 72 hours in advance: 100% of the cost of your reservation
Boat days
Applies to: Private Day Sail, One Night on a Cruising Cat, The Essentials' Private Boat Tour, Couples Special, Contender 6-Hour, Contender 8-Hour, Private Full Day Snorkel (Cobia 239, 6-Hour and 8-Hour), and Private Full Day Snorkel (Cobia 279, 6-Hour and 8-Hour).
Booking: Boat days require full payment to confirm.
Cancellation: If for some reason you need to cancel, you will be charged the following cost:

Private Snorkel Guide (Beach, Boat Half Day, Boat Full Day)
Booking: Reserve with a $100 deposit.
Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your outing, with your $100 deposit refunded in full. If the weather turns, we will gladly rebook you at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.
